Monday, June 27, 2022 at 01:01PM We want to alert attendees that you may receive an unsolicited email (from expo-key.com but may come from another domain as well) to book your room at our Expo rate. Please ignore this unauthorized email. We will not send out any email solicitations for room bookings but it appears a third-party is doing so without our consent to mislead attendees they are affiliated with our event.
As a reminder, to book your hotel room, please visit our Expo site where we provide a direct URL to book online with the Hyatt hotel.

Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 11:05PM We are pleased to announce that our Game Sign-up sheet is now posted!
Thanks to everyone for their patience. Please note that I still need to process registrations for the past 3 days, so this list will be updated again tomorrow. As a reminder, the attendee directory and sign-up sheet only lists those who have submitted their Expo payment (with the exception for the last 3 days needing to be processed).
There are 3 tabs, or views. The default view is for monster games. The second tab is for open-gaming selections, and the final tab is for special events (demos, playtest sessions, tournament play). Typically, the first time I post, there will be corrections made, but hopefully this is pretty much 95%+ accurate as everyone did a very nice job detailing their game selections.
Unfortunately, the website is *cutting off* the Alternate Game Selections for monster games, so we highly recommend that everyone view the sign-up sheet separately.

Friday, June 17, 2022 at 12:25PM Just an update that I have not been able to process registrations since June 12th. I was out of travel and upon return, tested positive with COVID after experiencing symptoms. I guess the old saying, "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas," wasn't true in my case. While in recovery, I plan to process registrations and update the site this weekend. Thanks for your understanding and patience!
Friday, June 10, 2022 at 08:58AM Great to see we are already approaching 100 registered attendees, including 12 newcomers. The early buzz is that we expect a very strong turnout.
We will be sending out official notifications to our CSW members (including past attendees) soon which should create a nice bump in registrations as we get the word out. We will be working on posting the Game Sign-ups sheet soon. Please note that we show 15 registered attendees as not having paid yet, so we hope they will do so soon so we can add them to our Attendee Roster and Game Sign-ups page we will be posting soon.
Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 08:46AM We have posted our Attendee Roster based on initial registrations processed. It is great to see more than 80 attendees already registered, along with 10 newcomers. Please note that we do have 19 attendees not yet listed as we are awaiting Expo payment. We will be sure to update the roster as more Attendees register and submit their payment.
We will be posting our initial Game Sign-ups in a few days. We are off to a great start!
Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 09:57AM Wow! We have already received more than 60 registrations in our first 24 hours alone, and this is before we have sent out our email blast to all CSW members to announce that registration is now open.
We already have 8 first-time attendees which is exciting to see, and it's equally wonderful to see attendees outside the USA who are able to travel again to join us for the big reunion/celebration event!
I will be posting the initial Attendee Roster soon, but first I'm trying to get reminders out to those who have signed up to please make sure to submit payment so we can include you in our Attendee Directory. I expect to have the initial Attendee Roster posted by end of this week.
