Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 11:21AM Since we have experienced delays with our Expo site redesign work, we are going to stick with the current website here so we can open online registrations no later than Monday, June 6 (D-Day no less). I'll post an announcement once our online registration has gone live.
It's also great to see a lot of activity with hotel reservations, so we expect a fantastic turnout this year!

Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 09:37AM While we work to update this Expo site, we wanted to let you know that we negotiated a lower overnight room rate, and also negotiated a reduced hospitality fee based on attendee feedback.

After exhaustive negotiations, we are obligated to hit a certain number of overnight rooms to avoid high meeting room space costs kicking in (as a penalty), but I'm confident we will meet our booking requirements given these room rate reductions.
I appreciate all your support in booking at the hotel and I can wait to return in 2022 with a full crew after 2021 which was pretty much just us hitting the reset button.
For those looking for a warm-up event, look no farther than our CSW Expo DALLAS scheduled for May 12-15, 2022. We literally blew through our anticipated room block and doubled our capacity which is a great omen for Tempe attendance, so I expect 2022 is going to be a great year of us coming together to celebrate the hobby once again.
P.S. As a reminder, Friday, September 2nd is our final FULL Expo day. Please plan to game as late as you wish on Friday. The ballroom will remain open until 12 noon on Saturday, September 3rd.
Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at 09:15AM We are working behind the scenes to update this site which is more than 10 years old. We thank you for your patience as we migrate this Expo site platform to an updated edition (similar to our CSW Expo Dallas site). We expect to have this work done next week so we can launch our updated Expo site.
We will be sure to announce when this work is done and when registration is open.
In the meantime, registration is now open for our regional CSW Expo DALLAS 2022 event scheduled for May 12-15, 2022.

We will have a very special game auction item offered during CSW Expo 2020. Kai Jensen recently contacted me and will be attending CSW Expo. She is looking forward to seeing all her friends again. As many of you know, her spouse, Chad Jensen, lost his courageous battle against cancer. It is a huge loss for the gaming community, not to mention amongst family and countless friends Chad and Kai have made over the years.
Kai will be bringing Chad's complete and comprehensive ASL Collection to CSW Expo and offer it up for auction. Kai wishes to honor Chad's request that as many of his games get put back into circulation so they may be enjoyed by others. This will be a huge lot of goods, an entire ASL collection with extras, mounted maps, all modules, expansions, games, etc. and countless materials organized in various ways (such as the plastic locking counter trays). Kai has packaged everything up already and this "instant" ASL collection fills 4 large storage tubs!
I'm confident that we will find a good home for Chad's ASL collection -- and Kai is happy to see it go to someone who loves ASL or wants to instantly own the entire collection. She's not worried about how much it goes for, this is something she is doing for Chad. I hope you will consider making a bid for this special lot during our Friday night auction during our 20th Anniversary Event. And, of course, we are most excited of all to welcome Kai back to the expo!
