While we work to update this Expo site, we wanted to let you know that we negotiated a lower overnight room rate, and also negotiated a reduced hospitality fee based on attendee feedback.

After exhaustive negotiations, we are obligated to hit a certain number of overnight rooms to avoid high meeting room space costs kicking in (as a penalty), but I'm confident we will meet our booking requirements given these room rate reductions.

I appreciate all your support in booking at the hotel and I can wait to return in 2022 with a full crew after 2021 which was pretty much just us hitting the reset button.

For those looking for a warm-up event, look no farther than our CSW Expo DALLAS scheduled for May 12-15, 2022. We literally blew through our anticipated room block and doubled our capacity which is a great omen for Tempe attendance, so I expect 2022 is going to be a great year of us coming together to celebrate the hobby once again.

P.S. As a reminder, Friday, September 2nd is our final FULL Expo day. Please plan to game as late as you wish on Friday. The ballroom will remain open until 12 noon on Saturday, September 3rd.
